- Contact us by telephone or email to advise us you will be returning an item to us.
- Pack your item securely, be sure to include:
any packaging and tags that came with the item.
a copy of your invoice, highlighting the item you are returning.

Please use a recorded service / signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item.
Be sure to keep the "proof of postage". If the item is lost in transit, you will need this to claim your loss back from your courier.

In addition to the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
For International orders (any order for delivery outside of the UK), you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of underwear, unless they have remained in their original (sealed) wrapping, or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and including any packaging and tags. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

I need to return an item
If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions above. If in doubt, please contact us.
Could you confirm you have received my return?
We will confirm either by telephone or by email once we have received and processed your return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received a returned item, we will normally issue a refund the day of processing the return. Depending on your bank / building society, this may take upto 7 working days to be reflected in your account.
When will I receive my replacement?
We will normally send out your replacement the same day we receive your faulty or returned items.
Part of my order is missing
We will normally ship your order in a single shipment. We will notify you in advance if an item is unavailable when processing your order. If you believe that a part of your order is missing you should contact us immediately.
Can I return my goods in person?
Yes, you can return your goods in person to our store in Cleethorpes, UK. Please be sure to bring all packaging, labels and your receipt / invoice.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
If you want to return an item to us, you are liable for the shipping costs back to us. You are also liable for the delivery costs involved in sending a replacement back to you unless the return is our fault, in which case you will receive complimentary shipping back to you. We do not refund the delivery charges.
You have refunded me the wrong amount
If you believe you have been refunded an incorrect amount please contact us immediately.
My order contains a faulty item
If your order contains a faulty item, please follow the instructions above to return the item to us. Once we have received the faulty item, we will issue a replacement / refund.
